Factory Tours

The factory offers tours at certain times of the year. There discounts for groups & you can get a ticket which let’s you visit Wilton house as well, arrangements to the garden centre can also be made.
Prices for the factory are:
Adult - £4
Child - £2
OAP - £3.75

Times for the tours are:
11am, 12.30pm, 200pm, & 3.30pm. The factory is closed Saturday & Sunday. Each tour is 1hr

Cricket Field House
The Wilton Shopping Centre is is just a 15 minute walk from the guest house.Wilton House Estate is adjacent to the shopping centre. Both can be visited easily on the same day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wilton Shopping Village

The Wilton Shopping Village offers a unique shopping experience - good value in an historic, riverside setting. You'll find a wide range of factory outlet shops all with discount prices. Leading brands in fashion, textiles, glassware, china, golf equipment and much, much more - not to mention the finest name in carpets from The Wilton Carpet Factory Shop. In addition to the restaurant, which is situated inside the Edinburgh Woollen Mill shop, you can also enjoy children's play area, or just relax and watch the river wind its way by. With so much to see and enjoy you can spend the whole day here - without spending a fortune.

The Carpet Factory
Wilton Carpet factory has been in existence for well over 300 years. The factory was created by the French Weaver brought to England by Lord Pembroke in the beginning of the 18th century to teach the local weavers his skills. Carpets from the factory can be found in all grand houses across the UK, including Buckingham Palace.

The entrance is fronted by a large car park with the River Wylye running through, & an area to feed noisy ducks. Walk over the bridge & you’ll enter the shopping village which is really pretty in Christmas, with light’s & The Salvation Army which plays there every Sunday during Christmas; there is also late night shopping up to 8pm. Wilton shopping village is about 3 miles West of Salisbury along the A30-36 towards Wilton house, it’s clearly signposted along the way.
