We have put measures in place to help you safely make one of our rooms, apartments or suites your home from home. We will do our utmost to offer a wonderful, relaxing experience whilst ensuring we keep the health and safety of our guests and team at the upmost priority.
We have given careful consideration as to how we would be able to offer our valued guests a warm and personalised welcome as well as keeping safe and compliant in these circumstances.
Our reception desk has been fitted out with a desk to ceiling screen to facilitate a contact free check in. Each guest will receive a disposable welcome letter and map along with a sanitised key.

We are so pleased that Cricket Field House dining facilities are large enough to still safely offer our highly praised B.E.S.T (Bacon.Egg.Sausage.Tomato) breakfast.
So that we can always maintain safe separation between our guests and staff, breakfast will be split into TWO sittings. This means that at any one time the breakfast room will never be more than 50% full.
You will be asked which sitting you would like to attend and this will be given on first come first serve basis. We will no longer be offering our buffet style help yourself to juice, hot drinks, cereal or pastries. Instead we will ask you to order from your disposable menu and bring everything to your table.
Our attention to detail and high standards of cleaning at Cricket Field House has always been a priority to us. However we have implemented a stricter cleaning schedule with all team members undertaking specific covid touch check list training.
Our housekeeping staff will be ensuring that soft furnishings and surfaces will be regularly sanitised throughout your stay with us ensuring that our high standards and rigorous cleaning plan are upheld. We have hand sanitising stations located throughout and encourage all guests to use whilst staying with us.
We ask that all guests be respectful and aware of other guests within the property hallways, reception and in the car park. Your compliance in this is greatly appreciated and ensures that we can remain as safe as possible in our new normal.
Please do not travel if you are unwell or showing any symptoms of COVID-19. Please contact us should you have any concerns for your health prior to arrival. If however you develop any symptoms during your stay with us, we would ask that you inform us and return home immediately to self isolate as per government guidelines.
