Cancellations
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please be aware that guests who arrive out of hours without prior arrangement will be charged even if the Reception area is closed.
Payment
We require a valid credit card number upon booking. Payment will be taken during your stay. We accept cash and most major chip and pin credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or cheques.
Check in
Unless by prior arrangement, check in is from 2pm. We do not accept bookings with arrival after 8pm.
Check out
We ask guests to please vacate their room by 10am on day of departure or 10:30am at the weekend.
Damages
We trust our guests to behave with respect to our property and that of other guests. Damages and smoking indoors are unacceptable and will attract a caretaking charge.
Time of arrival
Our reception is attended from 7am to 8pm. Please be aware that assistance will be unavailable outside these hours.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking establishment, however, we do have ashtrays available in our Courtyard garden. Please be respectful of other guests when using these facilities.
Children
Please note that we do not cater for children under the age of 14.
Pets
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept animals in our guest rooms.
Disabled access
We are pleased to be able to offer a disabled parking space and accessible rooms, please let us know if you have any specific requirements.
Extra facilities
Please contact us at reception if you need any help with directions, recommendations, taxis or need to use our ironing facilities.
License
We are licensed to serve alcohol. Please let us know if you wish to have any items in your room for a special occasion and we can arrange this for you prior to your arrival.

We always endeavour to cater for our guests dietary needs, please inform us of anything you require when booking.
